How easy it is to find vegan food/a list of food

There are lots of misconceptions about veganism, one being that it is hard or there isn't much to eat, but the truth is, a lot of every grocery store is vegan. I like to think of it as 4 groups. You have the produce section, the base ingredients, the packaged/pre-made foods that are "accidentally vegan" (meaning they weren't made to be vegan but happen to be anyway), and the packaged/pre-made foods that are purposefully vegan. I'll give some examples below, but by no means is this all. Then you have meals that are vegan, like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, pasta marinara, salads, fruit salads etc. and other meals you can make vegan. Here I have a list of literally thousands of vegan recipes that I collected in less than a year, and there are endless amounts more than that out therehttp://kristinnirvana.blogspot.com/2014/07/huge-vegan-recipes-list.html

1.) The produce section. This includes all (of which there are many types each) of vegetables (including leafy veggies/greens), fruits, nuts, seeds, grains, legumes, fresh herbs etc. There are thousands of edible plants. There are also sections for canned or dried or frozen fruit, vegetables, beans, nuts, grains etc.

2.) The base ingredients. A lot of things we cook with are vegan. This includes things such as flour, baking soda, baking powder, corn starch, corn syrup, non-bone char sugar, yeast, salt, all herbs/spices/seasonings (other than a few specialty mixes that may contain something like cheese, but endless amounts are vegan, of course because they are basically ground and dried plants), cocoa powder, oils (vegetable, olive, canola, coconut, peanut, sesame etc. and also others or extracts like rosemary, banana, peppermint, vanilla, cinnamon, flax etc. etc.), vinegars (balsamic, red wine, white, distilled, apple cider etc.), vegetable broth/stock/bullion, maple syrup, agave nectar, pasta etc.

3.) Accidentally vegan packaged foods. There's a whole bunch of these. Chips (tortilla and potato (other than things like cheese flavored)), some cereals and breads and bagels and oats and granola and oatmeal and crackers and cookies, pretzels, soda, juice, other drinks, even some microwaveable popcorn, dressings, ketchup, mustard, pickles, relish, nut butters, jams, some canned or packaged soups or rice or ramen, some tv dinners or other ready made meals, some pancake mixes, some cake mixes and frostings, some pastries or biscuits or cans like cinnamon rolls or croissants or pie crusts, tomato sauces and certain other sauces etc. etc. there's too much to type but this video shows a lot (though there's actually much more than that too) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AnWRCHKBuLA

4.) Purposefully vegan foods. There's a vegan version of everything. Cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, ice cream, butter, meats, marshmallows, meals etc. etc. Here are just a few brands and types...
